How to make an appointment
1.- NECESSARY INFORMATION THAT MUST BE SUBMITTED:
- Patient name.
- Date of birth.
- Telephone number and/or e-mail address.
- Medical society.
- Reference diagnosis.
- Diagnosis date.
- Tests that were performed in previous diagnosis.
- Previous medical treatment and/or surgery of the patient.
- Starting and ending date of the previous treatment.
2.- PROCEDURE:
Non-urgent patients
There are two ways to make an outpatient appointment with the General Surgery Department of our Hospital.
1. - All patients can make their appointment via phonecall, fax or e-mail Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 21:00 PM. They will have an answer before 48 hours with the date and time for their outpatient appointment.
2. - All patients can make their appointment through Madrid Norte Sanchinarro Hospital e-mail address:
Urgent patients
The General and Digestive Surgery Department of Madrid - Norte Sanchinarro Hospital gives medical attention everyday through the Emergency Department of the Hospital.
